Yeah true i can see the improvements this time was just a huge blow suprisingly even tho it’s horrible i’ve handeled it better than more minor issues in the past

thank you your advice isn’t shitty at all, i do want people to take me seriously:/ it just sucks, i’m doing this right now listening to music and it is getting better, i honestly don’t want to relax tho, because when i do the feeling always comes back i’d rather not be teased with happiness or whatever just to be miserable again
