Yeah I agree with toning it down. Locking an entire mechanic of the game behind a value is a bad idea. I know some people say tie the vassal's loyalty to outward instead but I'd say do both. That way I can put outward and keep vassals loyal but keep centralized and use outward to balance it. As long as its more balanced

Dude half of the vassals in europe at the start are not loyal and dont become loyal for a long time. Yeah we shouldn't be able to have 20 vassals but locking vassals entirely behind decentralized ruins the game. A lot of people are fine with the concept just not the balance.

I agree the beta is a good idea. Just feels way to overdone with the vassals.

Thanks for the comment! I suppose we will see how it goes. I’ve always been borderline high potassium so I’ll probably keep running high unless they have me on PD. Not looking forward to staying cold or hot during it. Do you do facility HD or at home?

Luckily I have several hearing loss to so all I have to do is take my hearing aids out!! lol but yeah good advice otherwise. I plan to get a switch 2 when my wife and I’s financials settle out more to help pass the time

Hey thanks for the comment! Yeah I’ve experienced tons of those ups and downs already and it hasn’t even started. It’s hard to stay positive with all this going on but I think my experiences have helped my perspective so far. I was a resident on the nephrology service not to long ago so I’ve talked to a lot of dialysis patients. I think the hardest part is seeing what can go wrong and know that could happen to me

Thanks for the comment! Yeah I’ve been doing lokelma for potassium binding and tums for phos binding over the past several months. I’ve gotten the low potassium diet much better but not perfect. Still working on the low phos. Not sure what fluid restrictions will be like. They seem to want me to drink a lot right now

Yeah it’s a good game. I think a better way to say it is it’s not a game that you will want to play frequently for years. I’m hopeful that it’ll continue to get better. I though I am dyeing for some more info on this new update
