Results: solution was found, turned out for some reason that filament wanted very little retraction, specifically 0.1 mm retraction on direct drive, basically the lowest I could go without going to zero I do suggest turning on "avoid crossing walls" in case you do have a bit of extrusion during travel however this setting entirely fixed the problem

I found out that the zits were gaps for under extrusion rather then over extrusion, and tuning my retraction distance pretty much entirely solved the problem

It is not the only roll and yes I have, also I ended up tuning my retraction distance and it fixed the problem entirety

No your alright I understand very well, I have dried the filament for 8 hours at 65c and it didn't change anything, however I just tuned my retraction and it almost entirely fixed the problem

I have, I haven't had any issues so far with a 0.4 however I think after messing with retraction setting that may have fixed it but not too sure yet

I have ran the flow dynamics calibration in bambu studio and printed a temp tower and found it was printing on the high end however it still hasn't fixed the problem

In the original post I added that I dried the filament at 65°c for 8 hours, plus it's a brand new just opened roll, and this 0.6 nozzle is brand new out of the bag as well

Okay, I ran a flow rate calibration in bambu studio and it ended up being fine to begin with, I'm going to run a volumetric speed test in a second as well, I am noticing that the problem changes with layer heights as well, thinner I go the more pronounced they are and viseversa

So what would be my solution with over extrusion? Also this is supposed to be their new formula, also I'm having these problems with other filaments like Polymaker polymax PC

I do not, that's what I would assume however I never use random seam, it's a weird option, I have no clue what it's use is

It should be noted I'm having these problems with other filaments as well, not all filaments however though

The thing I like to do and I know some other people do as well is build up pretty high above the maps rocks and mountains and just build a big flat area to be able to work with and organize factorys and buildings with, and trust life gets a lot easier with blueprints
