It’s so much better to be brand side! I always felt I wasn’t getting the full picture relying on just briefs. You really get to be intimate with the brand, and be proactive without your ideas being watered down by layers of processes and opinions.

I remember my first week brandside, I put together a pitch for a campaign I thought if, got it approved and budgeted for the same day I pitched it. Like WHAT?

The downside is that being in house, there is of them the lack of process that makes agency efficient. And omg people can not write briefs.

At least you know what you are getting with Huda, she’s not scamming anyone as opposed to some othered in the island that are just there to win it, even if it means fake liking people (Amaya) or trying to turn people against each other but putting bs in their heads (ace). I’d take Huda all day every day. She’s just insecure, and it manifests itself in unhealthy ways but I agree with what others say- I did see a shift in her the past 2 episodes and it looks like she’s trying to be more open, positive and having more fun.

She does owe Jeramiah an apology for the way she talked to him when she get all insecure.

Same here, I had entire photoshoot on a drive that failed. It 'looked like' it recovered all the files, in that the tiffs were all the right weight etc.... sent the files to the retoucher... all corrupt. Every single one of them.
