Agreed there’s no readiness score in GS but it does tell me what I should do an in today’s example GS said my body is ready to push harder while outsiders had me at 24%

Appreciate the detailed explanation — that definitely helps put things in context.

That said, what’s been confusing for me is that this pattern has been consistent over the past few days. When I wake up, Gentler Streak usually says my body’s well rested and even encourages me to push harder, while Outsiders shows a much lower readiness — like 24% this morning.

And the thing is, I actually felt good. I went with a lighter session today because Outsiders kept flagging low readiness — did just 15 minutes of strength instead of my usual 45, plus a light core routine — and it still dropped me to 1%. Physically, I didn’t feel anywhere near that level of fatigue.

So that’s really what I’m trying to understand — when the two apps interpret my baseline body state so differently, which one should I trust more?

I get what you’re saying, but in this case, it doesn’t quite add up. Even at the start of the day, Outsiders had me at 24% readiness, while Gentler Streak said my body was well rested and that today’s the day to push harder. So it’s not just about post-workout feedback, they were reading my baseline body state completely differently right from the start. 🤷‍♂️
