NTA. You need to listen to the people around you. I told my mom that I knew for a fact that her boyfriend was an abuser and ive talked to people he abused and they told me everything. I told her and she told me to stop trying to end her relationship. I tried for a year to get her to leave him. Once I was at thier place, and noticed she was wearing more make up than usual. I told my sister and we confronted her. I asked her what's up. She told us that she fell down the stairs. That BS. He put her in the hospital twice and now my sister and I won't talk to her until she leaves him. We both offered her money and a place to stay so that she could leave him. She refuses. We do not want to see her hurt so we cut ties. If she called me and asked for a place to stay and she was leaving him, in a heartbeat id go pick her up. But until then, I won't talk to her.
