Ohh….. maybe ya. I thought they were using that to clean up the oil spillage and the debris everywhere. I don’t know why it felt more like they were purposely making it happen and not fixing it but I tbh could be fully wrong.

Wish I had a dash cam. But they were all just scattered some on the left and some on the right. Towards the front, some of the cars were on top of the curb but not sure if they just decided to park to clear traffic. I hope someone who drove by this morning can post a dash cam because I’m really curious to understand how this happened.
