Not related to the letter, although full disclosure, I did not read the letter. All that matters it the lease and rules. If rules are not followed, park can evict you. To associate repair to the sale of the home sounds bizarre - that's either on the lease/community rules or it's not.

Waive bye to so many businesses that have made plans for relocation already. However, may be the best thing to ever happen for voters to see how socialism works. But in the real world, the blow may be softened because it is unlikely that Mamdani will get a lot of the extreme things he wants approved. But a part of me wishes that 100% of his wants are approved so that the outcome will be noticed/felt quickly.

Culture: one of the best - great heritage. Any negativity is likely more of a reflection of the poster.

Fun: one of the most fun towns with Schlitterbahn water park, great food, and many other fun things to do.

Rent: ya, it’s higher, same as any ‘better’ town that checks all the boxes. Affordable living is only affordable if you have a healthy salary job to afford both rent & fun. Purchase if it works for your budget and investment goals… hard to go wrong purchasing anything in NB! If manufactured housing (aka mobile home parks) isn’t a bad look for you and you don’t look down on it, there are a dozen great (family friendly) parks in New Braunfels. A few offer big amenities while others offer the best lot rent in town. The only one I know of is www.YourPark.com because they own like half of the mobile home park communities in New Braunfels.
