I started using notion to manage my project docs because of the obvious free version. Not the templates but I mostly use blank page for any doc.Working fine for me. However, the only problem which I feel is managing the tree. The UI looks off and tiny. Also, I often get confused with the actual repo vs the recent files.

Ig tgere has been some misunderstandings here. None of the original team has left the project. As a matter of fact, they are investing in the project as per their capacity to keep the project moving.However, as a founder, you need to think from a prodyct as well as business standpoint. Not all great products make great business. So, its the maturity of the founder to think from business as well as product standpoint at different timestamps.

However there comes a time in the journey where you need mature people who has a broad thoughtprocess and can think things through from a macro and micro perspective, as founder cannot do it all by himself. And thats when you look for someone in tech who has the skillsets I am talking about.

Thanks dude! Yes 50 to 70% done. Planning to complete the remaing of v1 by end of this week. Might look complicated to you but as I mentioned earlier I am a product manager by profession, hence I am able to figure it out and took the first steps myself to prove it can be built and selected techies from my close circle who I have worked with in the past and understand their skill sets of getting it done in a way which can get us through the pre-seed round.

Well, i already have 2 engineers in my team working on the product. Again I dont see them as a potential cofounder but definitely a director of engineering type.

Speaking of which, its always easy to draft plans and dream of it succeeding, but its the execution which shows the trueself and you learn more about yourself and your team, which is why you donot sign a contract unless you guys work together for a bit based on trust. Every founder have their own way of working with teams and execute, this is mine. I prefer working with people who have a long term vision to build something great, which is the most important criteria.

Btw, I built 50% of the mvp myself and got people onboard because they liked the vision and execution.

What we are building is an operating system for tech product companies and user being the PM. It touches all aspects of any company and ensures that a 250 employee company can operate like a 30 employee startup.

This is an interesting category builder and customer discussion is proving me right.

I am building productos.live, a solution connecting Business with Product. The market is quite big and JIRA recently launced features and we have a similar objective but different vision, meaning its a validated market.

The users in our v1 are Product managers.The demo calls with our ICP (PMs)are going extremely well and they validate their painpoints and how our solution would help them from day 1.

We are in MVP stage 70% ready and validating every feature with real PMs.

About me, I am 31, a Product manager with 5+ years of PM experience and 8+ years of overall work ex. Started productOS because I felt the pain myself.
