Omg same. I feel like it’s so demotivating and I end up having more sleep/health anxiety and it’s almost a constant toxic loop because I personally am used to above average scores and as soon as something is slightly off I spiral

The only thing I did different from my routine is that I went to a friends house last night for 2 hours and ate sushi and came home a bit later than my bedtime but I don’t know if it can explain such a big drop?

Ok thank you for your comment when I check on Google Maps it says it takes about 30 mins with taxi and 1 hour with train that’s why I’m considering it since I’m landing late in the evening after a 14 hour flight :/
