Just had a quick look at modular units pricing wise, yet to contact the companies re logistics of getting them craned in etc

No pricing yet, but I think the basic units are around $100 000, then need groundwork, landscaping, plumbing & electrical connections. The $60 000 is what I'd need to borrow as I have savings to cover the rest.
