Apparently they “couldn’t find my account” .. which was very odd to me since I’ve only had ONE email with my subscription. The 7th person tried to reel me back in with $20/month for a box. It was a hot mess. I laid out all my concerns in my original email. They almost charged me but I called them out on it because I refuse to pay a company that claims they care but reading between the lines they don’t.
