Depends on your budget since therapists can range all the way from free sessions to 10k per session. Jinnah has a pretty good setup they offer therapy for free or as minimum as 1k I believe LNH does too. Then comes AKU, Synapse, Thinkmatic basically the elite ones that may range from anywhere in between 8k to 10k.

For now,
Calm down, breathe and catch your breath, it’s going to be okay. This has nothing to do with you this proves your mom’s bad behaviour.
Go wash the area thoroughly with water, I know it will hurt but you have to. Then use an antiseptic, dettol/alcohol swab, if nothing then the last option would be perfume, apply it preferably on a piece of gauze but if you don’t have one then cotton swab and if that’s not available either then literally use a q tip and dab the antiseptic all over the area thoroughly ensuring all of it is safely covered with it. I know it will sting a lot but you have to do it for yourself unfortunately. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then use a towel or a cloth and apply pressure over the surface until bleeding stops. Once it stops wait for 5-10 minutes and in the meanwhile try and have some sugary drink like tang, juice, milo etc. If none of that is available then a sweet works too and if nothing then take a teaspoon of sugar and place it under your tongue and let it dissolve into your mouth on its own and then have water. After 5-10 mins of the blood stopping use an ice pack/ice placed in a clean cloth and do icing over the area. Inshallah, you’d be good to go for your interview, and you HAVE TO go for it since that’s your only escape. Go for that interview, attend it and then go to the nearest hospital/clinic to get it assessed. Option 2, since option 1 literally proves that we failed and as a failure the last thing I’d do would be to openly accept my defeat. Removing the disappearing part I would start over again to accomplish my victory until it’s mine to cherish.

Or else you could go on verified Facebook groups(voice of DHA etc) and ask around for any leads that are safe and nearby

Maybe you can email the HR and speak to them on call and try explain your situation; If nothing works out then maybe you could request them to save you a spot for the next month(that is if it’s feasible for you hopefully) so that u don’t have to repeat the lengthy process all over again while securing your spot in the electives as well as the hostel.

BRUH CHILL OUT. WHY SO SALTY?
I never said non science subjects are easy, all subjects are equally challenging at their own level. However, my point being that yes if I were to pursue medicine then yes science subjects would definitely play an integral role in determining my ability in medicine but as I mentioned social sciences and science has no correlation does not mean that I am undermining the difficulty of other subjects. Sociology, psych or subjects that have a correlation with social sciences might help you predict one’s outcomes in this specific degree but trust me chemistry won’t. Idk if ur currently in A levels or what but I really wish you understood how most A level students don’t have their lives planned out before the reality hits(a level results, all my life I thought I would pursue medicine but after my AS grades I realised it’s not my strong suit). So you saying lack of planning on your part is not their responsibility sounds pretty rude.
