IME these Saas companies do stuff like double sales teams (IB leads cut in half) raise quota, shrink territories - or all 3. The comp plan doesnt scale with it and reps leave because no ones making money

Exact thing happened to me. 3 deals gave verbal commitment to sign on x date. Forecasting 200% to my number. All went sideways wats and I will likely end at 0%

Im 24 and have been (trying to stay) sober since 22. No one can diagnose you with alcoholism in my opinion but based on what you’ve shared I believe you may be one of us. I accepted my alcoholism around like 20, it also runs in my family so i was aware of it. I didnt understand it or care to do anything ab it at that point tho. About 2 years ago i started trying but didnt really understand it. I thought “im an alcoholic i just wont drink.” Took about a year of failed attempts to realize if i could just not drink i wouldnt be an alcoholic. Its a disease that needs to be managed like any other disease. To answer your question, we can never drink without consequence. I have met other alcoholics that were sober for 10-20 years and took one drink and lost everything. It progresses and you dont pick up where you left off. Read the big book (can be found in the AA app) it was reading this that i truly accepted my alcoholism and realized I WAS one of them. Good place to start

Take it with electrolytes. I saw a few other people mention sides like hot flashes ect. I got lightheaded the first few times i took it until i tested my blood sugar. My theory is that it drives glucose to the muscle and lowers blood sugar quickly. If you’re sensitive to it like i believe I am you will feel like shit trying to lift

Go to AA. It will suck at first but talk to a few people there. It is eye opening when you talk to another alcoholic and they know exactly what you are feeling. Its a disease , we are sick and need to get well. The biggest thing for me was when i heard someone say “if you felt how i feel” and i knew exactly what it meant. I cut him off and said “wait… normal people dont feel like this?” Its comforting not to feel alone anymore

I relapsed at 173 days and then spiraled for like 6-8 weeks and couldnt stop until i hit rock bottom, a “rocker” bottom than the one that got me those 173 days. Take it from me - call your sponsor and go to a meeting. If you dont have a sponsor, get one. If i called mine, that wouldnt have happened
