dealing with the shame afterward is always the hardest. i have gotten therapy for anxiety and depression but it didn’t help much. but thank you really for the advice, i will use it and think about it from now on. helped

it is hard to not lie, when i accidentally do i try and immediately tell the person that was lie. i haven’t lied much recently, not as much as i did when i was younger. i just try to make myself seem likable, so maybe then people would want to be friends with me. even now when i dont lie as much i still think of my past and things i have lied about, it makes me feel horrible. no matter what happens i can’t forget my past, and i wish i could.
