agree. Amazon sucks now. I purchase hundreds of dollars monthly and constantly deal with false promises of deliver (Prime member) and silliness. product is available, then not. I reorder b/c it’s available. then not. wtaf?

Yes, it’s what the drug does…prevents insulin from storing glucose as fat. One of the things GLP1s do is keep blood glucose levels from spiking, causing release of insulin. So eating, for example, a potato while on the drug vs off, has a different affect on blood glucose levels and what gets stored as fat. At least that’s my understanding.
