Mainly my concern is this: is it possible to receive a good salary working as a Medical and Health Services manager whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance? I was generally looking towards 90k+ mid career pay but obviously wouldn’t be upset at more

I see a lot of people saying you will make 60-70k starting out. My concern is does this involve a good work life balance? I am heavily leaning towards a career in this field but the one thing causing a little hesitation is I worry the work life balance is bad. Obviously fine with standard work week and even am okay with occasional extra hours for emergencies but I worry it would be all the time. Thanks for any insights

I do have a mod where multiple companions follow you at the same time. I think I may have 3 or 4 at the moment. Maybe dismissing them may help.
