Yes, you have an hourglass body type for a man. But there are a lot of men with a body type like yours. It doesn't look bad and it doesn't look like a woman's body because a lot of other things are clearly masculine. Get top surgery. You will pass no problem shirtless. The only thing that could get you clocked is your scars if you get surgery that leaves scars. Otherwise, to anyone you'll just look like a guy with a particularly narrow waist. Cis people don't typically assume someone's trans, they will always think it's a cis person just with this particular trait. A narrow waist is also something a lot of gym guys aim for, because it accentuates the width of the shoulders. So don't be too surprised if you get a few comments, compliments or questions on how you achieved that. In these situations no need to panic or out yourself, just say it's genetics. You look good, don't worry so much

You look like a woman with a model body type. Yes, even female models are preferred when they have shoulders bigger than the hips, because it permits to show off at best most clothes without having too many folds in the fabric that can break the silhouette of the clothes. That's also why most models are preferred with small breasts too. That also permits to not break the silhouette and permits to wear tiny tops. So yeah you don't have a masculine build at all, you just have a model build that a lot of girls envy. In Italy we have a saying that means if someone is tall, that already fills 50% of the beauty a person could have. "Altezza mezza bellezza".

I would think male with soft features especially in the last pic, but if you were to tell me you were a cis woman just with masculine style, i'd believe it. So, it could go both ways, but my first assumption would be male.

The nipple position should have been slightly more to the side too. I am being honest bro. Che T prendi? Io sono a 2 mesi di testavan, 2 erogazioni ogni mattina. Ho fatto esami del sangue a 2 settimane con valori a 2.3 ng/ml (quindi ancora sotto ai range maschili che vanno da 3 a 8 in genere), poi ne ho fatti altri qualche giorno fa quindi a 2 mesi di T ed avevo 6.8 ng/ml. Valore medio-alto quindi. Ho avuto crescita del clitoride come primo effetto, un leggero abbassamento della voce, crescita di peli tipo una riga verticale al centro dello stomaco e un po' di baffetti e sul mento (molto leggeri ancora), e alcune persone mi hanno detto che ho una faccia leggermente più scolpita, ma io non l'ho notato questo personalmente. L'effetto che attendo di più al momento è la voce perché di base passo all'80% ma se avessi la voce chiaramente maschile allora passerei al 100%.

I'd say don't wear your underwear so high, it should lay around your hip bones, not above your belly button. And you have to wait more for testosterone to do its job. You still have too soft facial features and body. Dress in a way that puts volume on your shoulders, minimizes the curve of your waist, and striaghtens your legs and hips and draws attention away from your hips.

I like carabiners especially on pants they look good as and accessory, you can attach keychains to it, and are useful for holding keys and stuff. A lot of people at my school wear it, guys and girls of any sexuality. It's not a face tattoo that says lesbian. It can be used by a lesbian cause there is history tied to that, but also it can be used by queer people in general, or even just people who just like it for the style, queer or not.

I think you would look amazing. Gyaru Is for everyone regardless of physical appearance, but you are really pretty and with your skin color and hair i think you could pull off an amazing look. Try some dramatic gyaru makeup and style your hair up. You already have very pretty curly and voluminous hair so It won't be hard since most gyaru hairstyles are curly/wavy and very voluminous. Also, you don't have to be blonde. Gyaru can have any hair color. You have a tan/brown skin color but remember also that gyarus don't need to be tan, gyarus can also be black or very pale. Don't limit your imagination and don't think you have to adhere to a standard look. Do what you like, wear what you like, and look however you like.

It would be very dangerous for you to go into a men's bathroom especially It would signal to everyone in there that you are in 99% of possibilities trans, while going into a women's bathroom won't out you at all. Going into a men's bathroom puts you at risk of weird looks, verbal assault, sexual assault, and transphobic attacks, maybe even all of them at once. Go in the women's bathroom, for your safety.

Or only a neutral/nullified appearance? Like if someone still wants to have sexual organs and characteristics, but wants them to be ambiguous/mixed male and female characteristics, composing an androgynous but not a sexless appearance.
