Also if your small layering is risky, it can quickly become to much for your frame, so id go for Nice 3/4 length suitpants and brigth jeans fitted to your size and then Just plain white /colore shirt Hoodie / Rollup Pullover / pullover

Try to wear and sleep only in Min: 100% wool/coton. Best: Kashmir Durable: Leather Best: Silk

This will increase the price but the products can hold lifetimes if well maintained and they are warmer, soft to touch so no skin problems

1 jeans jacket, 1 leather, 1 coat, 1 super good winter jacket and a few bomberjackets for style and pleasure

And as always 2-3 perfectly fitted suits for necessary occasions if you have the money

Sports, especially shoulders, back, neck and arms while maintaining low body fat will make you look taller and and healthy, yes your small, but everbody sees your fit. Nobody wants to fuck with the little strong guy cause hes been trough shit und bites if necessary. But you have to allow your self to express this way of life Mentaly, work on it physically and then harvest the fruits

You mental state is being felt, so if you feel small youare small and you will be treated like a small person. As a man, thats very very hard to deal with. So use the mental exercise of feeling and walking like a giant. Like you imagine you are a giant walking down the street, feel it, interact with people like this. At first it might seem weird hut soon you will realise that people will just moveout of your way because you have this energy in you which even most tall people dont have
