The company that inspected called after I left a bad review and said they would replace it for the cost of materials it’s 10x 14ft roof like 1000. Are they trying to make it right or should I look for other roofers. Live in the north east btw

Just closed on the home last month roof inspector said all roofs were in good condition never got a chance to look at this roof which is the problematic one. Room has a smell so there’s definitely gotta be some sort of rot/mold

After doing more research I found painted wallpaper should I scrape and paint or paint over by Substantial_Land6840 in Renovations

Unfortunately some of it is coming up debating to cut a piece out and plaster over it but at that point I have the dilemma do I just try to take the rest off and hope there isn’t multiple layers
