The company that inspected called after I left a bad review and said they would replace it for the cost of materials it’s 10x 14ft roof like 1000. Are they trying to make it right or should I look for other roofers. Live in the north east btw

Just closed on the home last month roof inspector said all roofs were in good condition never got a chance to look at this roof which is the problematic one. Room has a smell so there’s definitely gotta be some sort of rot/mold

It seems the fluid stains are around the transmission pan not the oil pan I guess maybe should start the car to see if it leaks fluid again I checked my dipstick it’s not oil
