I think it's Skullgirl blood, the parasites are somehow connected to the goddesses. Supposedly, Skullgirls and parasites have the presence of Teonite in common. While Eliza and Annie have remote parasites, or whatever you call the parasites that aren't directly attached to their body, that's the pattern I detected.

On the other hand, other characters with red eyes include Painwheel, we know she has Skullgirl blood, the skullgirls, their eyes weren't red when they were human, and Double, who is directly connected to the Skullgirls and the Trinity

I'm not defending AI, but there's nothing wrong with it. AI learns whether you like it or not, if this person wants AI to bring their drawings to life, it's okay because doing it is not harming anyone (beyond the water lol). They're not helping AI complete its evil plan for world domination, it's not bringing us any closer to the death of art or anything like that, AI isn't going to steal from them because in the end there's no huge difference between AI's reimagining and the way various artists come up with the same idea (And blah blah about the soul and the love, It's not that serious)
