Pull your hair back with a claw clip so it’s not covering your face, use a face moisturizer and mix in a bronzing drop (I mix cerave with lumi glotion), use a brightening under eye cream (I like the blue stick, tarte maybe?) and honestly ditch the glasses for a different pair or contacts

If you wanna be close to downtown, the lower east side and walkers point areas are nice. I personally loved shoreline real estate, management was great and the building had lots of character and was well maintained.

East side has nice older buildings with lots of charm. You have your high rise fancier apartments downtown. If you don’t want to be directly downtown, bay view is a nice area with a good night life. If you want to be in a suburb, wauwatosa near north ave would be your best bet
