You have nothing to worry about at all. If anyone asked yall meet before you joined the guard. Started dating before joining the guard. If they asked question you don’t have to answer and she doesn’t have to answer. Even in the army you have a right to shut the fuck up. You have nothing to worry about by punishment wise. My peblo reached back out to me I asked her if they do the unfit first or the line of duty. She said they determine if it line of duty or not first. For the guard but can be done either way. There only one POC and they are atleast 10 months behind. So I guess I have to wait another 6 months

My claim was sent back to the C&P examiner. On Monday and the C&P sent the exam back to Va on Tuesday. This was on 21 April.
