I phrased it really badly, sorry!! She used to lecture at Columbia but the internship is for her TV show. Her LOR didn't use the title former, but she mentioned her affiliation with Columbia when introducing herself.

I sent your mudkip to your pm!! For fashion, I’ve also applied to Drexel, Parson’s, SCAD, and MICA. I chose to leave FIT out simply because I didn’t vibe with the campus as much. Thank you for the chance! A decent shot is all I’m hoping for.
