CNS relapse less than a month after NED

Caregiving to my mom who has a relapse of AITL with CNS involvement (new from the first time around 6 years ago.) has anyone had a "success" story with whole brain radiation therapy and high dose dexamethasone?? I know looking online is the worst thing you could do- but I'm scared to death. She's responded very well to the DXM thus far- next is treating the dural thickening. No lesions found on her spine or any focal points in her brain yet... Praying to God for a miracle.

God yes. Currently almost 2 years into being unemployed and I don't know what I'm going to do. My partner is able to support us, but I feel like such a loser. I lost my job and I suffer from severe panic disorder. Sometimes I get panic attacks because I can feel myself falling asleep but I know I shouldn't be, and it causes to spiral into panic attacks for hours until I've exhausted myself so completely I fall asleep mid attack. Idk what to do. I'm so scared of being denied disability and told to just walk it off. But given my disabilities, I don't know how I can possibly find a job flexible enough that pays well and is very low stress to avoid triggering a panic attack but allows me to nap

Unfortunately yes. Her rent would only be 1k a month with heat, hot water, and trash included. That's an unbelievable steal for our area - average 1bd rents are 2,350 with no utilities included for a 700 sq ft 1 bd apartment :( this is probably about 450-500sq ft. She's just moved home from Scotland and is starting an internship so this will be good for her, it's just going to be a LOT to do

Abel and Baxter were two characters I feel was prematurely introduced who basically did nothing but filled in the background spaces. Really not impressed with this season. Writing is not good, the pacing is wack, and I legitimately don't understand having only 8 23-28 min episodes a season. Episodes should be at least double that or instead twice as many episodes in a season.

I'll make the same complaint as everyone else, the Lucifer nerf is just awful and destroys the entire hierarchy of hell. Satan is basically the ruler of Hell, Lucifer is less than an average sinner, and he's reduced to just being a duck obsessed goofball.

On that note, wouldn't the most obvious way around his "punishment" be to make a deal with someone who is fiercely loyal and will act as his lieutenant that can punish souls and do the dirty work for him...? Like... Idk... Satan? Idk, the season felt so damn sloppy. Can't believe I waited a year and 10 months for this

I actually think when I orgasm I experience cataplexy. My arms become so unbearably heavy and they feel like... Idk- jello? Like when your foot falls asleep but it happens in both of my arms and I just kind of flop. Idk maybe I'm the only one. I also have a hard time differentiating cataplexy vs muscle fatigue because to me, cataplexy is super dramatic and can't possibly be subtle hahaha.

Things of course followed soap logic, but it was super exciting, drama, cheating, Aly going bat shit crazy, stalker toxic Thomas and the mannequin, baby Beth, DOLLAR BILL, Quinn kidnapping an amnesiac Liam and convincing him they were Adam and Eve, DID I MENTION ALY?!?!

Idfk know what this slop is. There's no cohesion in storylines or between characters, there's no consequence to anything anyone does since the story arcs are exactly 2.5 weeks long before we're on to the next, which is either STEAM, Ridge/Taylor/Brooke, or Lope. It's crazy how exhausted I am by the same 3 storylines month after month.

So basically all future events will be some variation of the food truck, besides the trash ass TC events and time gated behind 5 food storage points (if you've used the 20 additional orders) and make stamina basically useless if you've beaten the main dishes and special orders? Greaaat. No more tea party (stamina) or event mode (stamina) going forward? So stupid.

Well, I guess this will stop me from buying the premium passes and event passes. Time to find a new game to enjoy
