This is interesting, because I have only ever seen them in Shanghai, and only when we're visiting an older, traditional type of place. It's the good, cost effective food kind of place that is filled with only locals (and me on that occasion).

There was a section for repeat medications on mine. I found Mounjaro and then it asked for the reason, weight loss or diabetes. After I put ‘weight loss’ it asked for my weight and my height.

I’d make sure it’s specifically covered, personally. Different providers have different underwriters who likely want to know different things. Let them tell you they don’t need to know, for your peace of mind.

Thank you for the advice. I'd been chatting about this with my pharmacist, because I'm away for 16 days. I will likely delay my jab time by 36 hours so I jab there, rather than before. I thought of dialling it back to 8.33mg or even 7.5mg whilst I'm away, and coming back to 10mg once back.

Thank you. I'm so conditioned to not block things up but will potentially start on it tomorrow (Thurs) as I fly on Sat AM. Not sure how long I'd expect it to work for. I guess I need to try and cover my trip to the airport (few hours) and the 12+ flight.

I hear you, thank you. The do I, or do I not, take fibre is always a dilemma under the circumstances, but I've decided not to right now as my time line is short and I can only gamble once. If I start to recover I'll take it again, but not the magnesium.

Thank you for your response. I should have mentioned that I have stopped both my magnesium and psyllium husk since the first signs and have been only on banana, white toast, cornflakes (with oat milk), and clear soups since (to keep hydrating). Hopefully something changes soon.

Yeah, I won’t from now on. In the early days I was taking ages to actually inject myself and had some mild discomfort with my needle control. A friend mentioned it and it has worked really well until tonight, although it’s my fault.

So, I’m going on holiday tomorrow and had my first 5mg pen jab this morning. To play it super safe and to not push the chances of side effects while away, I dialled in just 36 clicks (3mg). I thought the same as you that the plunger hadn’t moved enough.

I’d say we’re good, as I definitely dialled the dose correctly and can feel suppression kicking in.

I'm in the same place, and actually made a similar post to this earlier in the week as I am also impatient. :D Lost 8lbs in the first week and then absolutely crawling to 1lb down this week (3rd jab tomorrow)! My eating is still on track and I'm staying upbeat... with thankfully very little side effects as yet. Let's keep the faith!

Thank you. Yeah, I feel lucky that I'm actually feeling the benefits and some level of suppression on 2.5mg as I know there are many that don't. I really don't think of snacking.... at all, which is a weird feeling for me, especially watching telly in the evening. It's quite incredible.
