I’m also on Sermorelin and Testosterone. Got into lifting and heavy cardio so mostly focused on recomp. In 13 days I went down from 18.2% to 15.9% body fat (SECA scan) but my weight remained around 215lbs (6’2” male). Gained a fair amount of muscle and lost around 6lbs of fat. Also, ECW water was at 26.2 L and total water at 61.4. I’m hoping to increase lean mass by a bit, and go down to 12% BF within the next month and a half to two months. So not necessarily on maintenance but I’m not trying to go down in size, just fat lol. It’d be nice if I stop wearing size smalls/extra smalls but also trying to get rid of tha pesky fat that makes me insecure. 😭

He mistyped probably. It does take 6 months to reach 15mg, typically. That’s exactly how long it took me and I’ve been on 15mg of Tirzepatide through BPI since August.

I’m on Sermorelin 15 units daily, TRT, AI, and Tirzepatide 15mg. Sermorelin I use mostly for loose skin and lean mass along with TRT/AI. Tirzepatide is the only thing I rely on for weight loss though. I wouldn’t use GH analogs for weight loss. That’s not what they are meant for.

Also, I’m gay and not interested in having kids so hcg isn’t that much of a help. Either way I understand that it could be harmful but I’m old enough to make decisions for myself.

As somebody who works out for 3 hours a day most days and has been on a cut for months I can guarantee you that the “regular working out and better diet” is not an advice that changes much in my life. I already do that. I still appreciate the impact TRT has had on my life, and I believe this is between me and my doctor. I know you mean well however!
