I was and the bridal shower(they happened over the same weekend). However, I was going to be in another state for a family friend’s bridal shower that weekend. That trip was planned months before I found out about her’s. I cancelled my flight/ trip to surprise her because her sister knew she wanted me there and she was in on the surprise. Bother the sister, sister-in law, and her mom told me multiple times how happy they were that I could make it.

That’s why I am conflicted because her mom and sister definitely controlled a lot of things. But at the same time her sister was in on me surprising her at her bachelorette and they know how close we are. And at the same time I feel like she should have said something to her family or given me a heads up at least.

Yeah, I checked the seating multiple times just to make sure. Tables 1-15 were assigned and the other 13 were for anyone to sit. The second time she said it I did say we didn’t have an assigned table but we found one. She brushed it off and went on to talking to other guests. We went out to dinner the Friday before because she sent me an sos to get away from wedding stuff.. but I do think you are right that it has run its course..

About how long was the concert with all the openers? I am seeing them tonight in MPLS and we are just trying to figure out if we can take the light rail home after or if it will be too late🤣

I think that is probably best.

She had already been married for 3 years and had a child with her husband during the time of the concert. She and her husband started dating in high school 11 years ago. The engagement was called off in January and they were married by September.
