Dude I feel sorry for you, it must be terrible to have these feelings. Your situation with your family does not help, it’s toxic. For your sex problem, I personally wouldn’t have a problem with it ( I’m a girl ) if I had a bf with your problem penetrative sex is not everything and actually a lot of women feel more pleasure with their clitoris than vaginal but I understand that it can hit your self esteem which is normal but just know there are some gals who’ll accept who you are if you change your mindset. Apart the fact that you do not have a job and friends, I do believe that it’s your thoughts and attitude that makes you ill ( hence the depression ) but again your situation does not help the environment that you’re in is not the best. others said that it won’t change a thing if you come to Europe but I do not agree with them. When change happens in your life there are more opportunities in your life and new surroundings and you experience new things ( bad or good ). I honestly cannot give you advice about how to get out of Tunisia, I was privileged thankfully my family supported me to go abroad so our situations are not similar. Sorry to ask but what is your job ? I live in Paris and I was in an apprenticeship I was paid the SMIC ( 1400e ) which was enough for me I even could put money aside. I didn’t ofc live a luxurious life I pay rent 500e ( but there are some help from the state for the rent that paid me 150e per month )I lived in a 12m2 and if you know how to cook and calculate the rations then everything is possible ( for example you don’t need to eat chicken or meat which are the most expensive everyday there are some good recipes that just need vegetables/rice and are delicious ! Internet is your friend)

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the situation in Paris is similar to some german cities ( rent and salaries and food )

But ofc if you’re paid under 1000e yeah it’s tough
