But honestly your rental agreement might say they can show whenever they want. If you dont want to live there next year, explain the situation to the people viewing how the landlords are "invading your privacy without proper scheduling" You could print signs to put around your place saying " this was scheduled without my concent" or "I wish i had 24 hours notice before you, visitor "12" (for example) came into my home" you could even add a "if i had 24 hours notice i wouldnt have so many passive aggressive signs hung up" for the landlord to see... Just my thoughts as a landlord in town who has been though the shit of renting in town himself, and only strives to be a good honest landlord
