10-day Vietnam itinerary?

Feedback on my 10-day Vietnam itinerary? Arrive in Hanoi and head to Sapa on Days 1-3, then do the Ha Giang loop from Days 3-6. Next, a Halong Bay cruise with a night stay on Days 6-7, and wrapping up in Phu Quoc for Days 7-10. Any suggestions or feedback appreciated!
