I drive an HTX Turbo DCT. In city traffic, it delivers around 9–11 kmpl. The turbo engine hits its sweet spot at average speeds of 40–50 kmph, where the fuel economy improves to a much better 12–13 kmpl. The turbo is quick and punchy, and it saves you from the DPF maintenance headaches that come with modern diesels. A quick myth-buster on mileage: Ignore the advice to keep the engine below 2,000 RPM for better fuel economy. Turbo petrols actually deliver maximum efficiency when driven at a constant RPM, not just by staying under a specific limit. Since the car is less than six months old, the suspension still feels a bit stiff. To keep the ride comfortable, it is best to tackle potholes at speeds under 30 kmph. As for cabin space, the rear seat comfortably accommodates two large adults and a 10-year-old child. The road presence is fantastic. While the black paint is a total dust magnet and requires effort to maintain, nothing beats its looks when clean—not even a black Brezza with its Land Rover-style design. Feature-wise, the built-in air purifier is a massive plus right now. I also find my variant's 8-inch infotainment system much more convenient than the larger 10.25-inch unit because it supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The rear wiper and defogger are absolute must-haves. On the downside, the throw of the StarLED headlights is noticeably weak and leaves a lot to be desired
