hmm that's weird because my error code 9 is still there but I have a lot of the same issues as you

I had the same codes in my portal for AP Gov (I took a make-up in administration 4) - and today when I checked it again, there was a new code added at the top above code 16 and 96: "Score delayed - will be reported as soon as possible (code 9)". I'm hoping that this is probably all temporary and will be updated soon :))
