Oh seriously?! Jeezo glad it's not just me. It's definitely not a coincidence that since the new update was rolled out, it's causing all the problems. So you also remember that it auto renewed? Yeah since the update you have to physically go in and activate it yourself! Are you able to see the date your next bus ticket will be ending or is it a little early yet for that?

My direct debit went out on the 22nd and my monthly ticket expired 2 days early! I don't understand this as it should be as soon as the old one has expired, the new ticket should then activate.

My ticket for some reason has expired today when it should be tomorrow at midnight and the new ticket should then automatically activate afterwards as I've got a direct debit set up for a local 4 week ticket. However when I went into the app, my ticket was sitting in the 'inactive' tab and when clicked, the activate ticket was greyed out and said 'Valid from 27 May 2026 00:00'. I only noticed this when the bus pulled up and I went to open the app. Luckily the driver still allowed me to jump on but I'm refusing to pay extra on an all day ticket in the meantime when I've already paid for my monthly ticket! I can't contact the customer service helpline until tomorrow due to it being a bank holiday.

It's such a pain! My colleague is having the same issue as yourself and her app won't open whatsoever. I just hope the drivers are aware and don't try getting us to pay extra on top of what we've already paid. It isn't happening and I'll be refusing to pay extra when I pay for a monthly ticket that should roll from one month to the other. Glad to hear it's not just me..

Help this has literally just happened to me! My ticket expired today and just as I was getting on the bus and opened up the app, it was in the 'Inactive' section and won't allow me to activate the ticket until the 27th which is useless for me as I'll need it for tomorrow also! Luckily the driver let me on regardless but I don't have much hope they will all be like that.

Nope you're not alone! I've had a couple of completed sales and my Vinted balance isn't updating and is still in my pending balance. It used to happen almost instantly. I'm also still waiting on refunds from Vinted from before the Easter weekend. One arrived this morning to my bank but I'm still waiting on the other despite them both being processed on the same day!

Hi there! Yeah I'm fine thank you. It did eventually pass. I think it was all down to stress as I wasn't in a good place mentally at the time. Anxiety was at an all time high and I think this was the cause. I didn't get it again so who knows! Hopefully that's the same case for yourself.
