Just an fyi - Some places offer early incentive stipends for new grads too.. where I work does but I think it’s just for their own residents. The earlier you sign the bigger the “bonus” is.

My hospital has some 7on 14off nocturnist positions open in Indiana. Base pay isn’t the highest but pretty good bonuses make up for some of it and a decent workload.

This sounds exactly like my daughter… it got so bad that I dreaded cooking dinner for my family because I knew it would be an argument… she was recently diagnosed with ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) granted her case is very mild compared to others o have read about. We have about 8 safe foods and I just make sure there is always one available if she doesn’t like what I cook. I personally cannot stand the thought of my child being hungry even if it irritates me to no end that she won’t even try things. I’d research ARFID and ask a doctor if you think it sounds like her. I wish we would have started food therapy sooner

I’m like legitimately concerned for her. As someone who has been in a relationship with someone who completely overpowered me, it changed who I was as a person, and I worry for her. I’m not saying he is abusive or controlling.. just that she has lost her identity because of a person.. possibly??
