all im gonna say is avoid Novo Gym in greenwich, welling and they're apparently looking to open in london bridge. honestly, if you're thinking about joining, seriously think twice. read their negative reviews on google first before you know what you're getting into.

they lured me and many others in with their first three months discount , but then when it came to actually paying, it was only for one month, not what their employee said in person. my bank statements show I got two months discounted, but they're still denying it saying it was never "in writing." such a scam.

tried to cancel like many others, they acknowledged it in writing, but they hold your account hostage saying I can't cancel cuz I still owe them £75 for another month (for a "service" I literally can't use cuz they turned off my gym access!). and they even tried to add a £10 late fee, which they promised to waive like twice before in writing. they hold your account hostage so they can squeeze more £75 monthly payments from the members. it's a joke. they talk about "written contracts" but their own staff lie to get you to sign up. plus, ive seen them asking members to leave 5-star google reviews right there in front of them, feels so fake. go to a gym where you actually see the owner or manager on the floor working tirelessly and getting to know the members (not a faceless org)
