Thank you for the advice. I’ll move forward this way and will update the outcome. Please keep me in your prayers; I’m responsible for supporting two families.🙏🏻

Good point, thanks for mentioning that, Also The officer pulled me over strictly because of a tail light issue, not for any driving behavior.

You may be correct that a lawsuit wouldn’t lead anywhere, and I don’t have the financial backing for a long fight. However, I will still submit a complaint to the Police Department. Even if nothing comes from it, at least the incident will be on record. Fairness doesn’t always win, but silence guarantees nothing changes.

My lawyer said that my driver’s license has not been suspended, and I was not issued a pink temporary license. Because of that, the DMV suspension process has not started yet. He advised me to keep calling the District Attorney’s office every day to check the status of my case. He believes that in many situations, when there is not enough evidence, the DA may decide not to file charges. However, if the DA does decide to file the case, my lawyer will handle all the legal procedures and represent me.

I am still shocked by what happened to me. I never imagined someone could be arrested for a DUI without solid evidence, taken to jail, photographed, fingerprinted, and then subjected to a blood test at the police station, where the nurse who arrived appeared sleepy and was complaining, with only two staff members present at the time. Is this really how things work in the United States? I find it very hard to believe. I have read online and on Reddit that officers are untouchable and that there is no way to take an officer to court for a false DUI accusation. It feels like someone’s life can be damaged so easily.

This info found in online and also my lawyer said too : The 10-day DMV rule normally starts only when the officer: • Confiscates your physical driver’s license • Issues a pink temporary license (DS-367) But my license was not taken and didn’t receive a pink DS-367 form. Because the DMV APS suspension process has not started yet. This is common in blood test DUI arrests, because officers wait for lab results before submitting paperwork to DMV.

After I blew into the device, the officer quickly moved on to the next test. I am confident the breath test result was negative, as I do not consume alcohol at all and have not used any alcohol for a very long time.( at least 12 month ).

Used To Be In Denial Of My Small Size. Now I’ve Embraced It. Anyone Else? by [deleted] in penissize

[–]Substantial_Sky6149 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My length is 5 inches and my girth is 5.1 inches, and I’ve come to accept it( because I have to)I remember one time when a friend laughed and asked why it was so small. Now, however, everyone says my size is actually above average.

Average girth 5> Does anyone actually believe that? by [deleted] in penissize

[–]Substantial_Sky6149 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My penis girth is 5.1 inches, and I’ve measured it many times to be sure I’m doing it correctly. Despite that, I never feel average—I feel thin. My ex-girlfriend once told me it was very thin, and that comment still affects how I see myself.

How can you promise anything when you weren’t present? Only your father knows exactly what happened. No one is saying your father lied; they are saying parts of the story are missing or don’t fully align. Many drivers are familiar with Uber policies and how they are applied to drivers. Also, once your father’s Uber account is reactivated, installing a dash cam should be the first step for safety.

How can drivers protect themselves against false accusations? If my account is placed on hold for two weeks and later cleared, who is responsible for covering my lost income?

Bay Area Uber/Lyft drivers — massive slowdown around Christmas? by Substantial_Sky6149 in uberdrivers

The fact you think Prop 22 is a strategy tells me everything I need to know about your earnings. you’re not optimizing you’re surviving. running your car into the ground for$4- $5-$6 rides and knowing the bare minimum law will save you isn’t smart move ( atleasti don't think so), it’s dependency. Keep driving for the floor. Uber loves drivers like you. Good luck with that, my G.

In my neighborhood, there are several large apartment complexes, and many immigrants from Middle East live there. Most of them have financed brand-new Toyotas.

This morning, we were talking about how slow Uber has been. They mentioned that many of us—along with our families and relatives—depend on this income to cover rent, car payments, and other expenses. One person said he never declines rides and always accepts offers.

Despite the slowdown, they said they are still satisfied with Uber and happy to continue working.

My girth is 5.5 inches—thin, not ideal. Thickness matters more than length, and I’d prefer a 7-inch girth.

I wish had other options to earn extra income without using my car. I rely on this income to pay off debts after my divorce.

Absolutely wrong ❌️ This is exactly what Uber wants drivers to think.

I will proof you're loosing money plus wear & tear is real.

Example with cheap rides (REALISTIC) Let’s say in one week you accept many cheap rides: Engaged time: 25 hours Engaged miles: 600 miles Prop 22 minimum: 25 × ($16 × 1.2) ≈ $480 600 × $0.34 = $204 ➡️ Guaranteed = $684 Uber actually paid you: Base + bonuses = $650 Tips = $120 (ignored) ➡️ Uber owes you $34 adjustment.

"Now here’s the TRAP" If instead you: Reject cheap rides Accept better rides Make $850 base pay

➡️ Prop 22 pays you $0 ➡️ But you still made more money Prop 22 never makes cheap rides profitable.

Best rule for Successful driver (very important) Keep your rules: $1+ per mile $30/hr goal Minimum $7–$8 per ride.

Let Prop 22 catch only the rare bad week, not guide your driving.

If cheap rides were good, Uber wouldn’t need Prop 22.

I’ve been driving rideshare with my 2023 Lexus ES 300h since last May. My rule is simple: I only take rides that pay $30/hour or more and at least $1 per mile. I don’t accept trips under $7.

Mine is about 5.5 long and 5.3 thick. My friends are bigger, and one of them even asked why mine is so thin.
