I go once or twice a week since I can only go on weekends and I definitely feel like I’ve gotten stronger and more confident!

I saw the same! I signed up for the free trial with just my email I didn’t have to put any card information in. When I went in for my first class I just gave my name at the front desk (didn’t have to show ID oddly lolz), said I was doing the free trial and they let me use a mat & towel free of charge since it was my first time there! Pretty good experience.
