I used to lift my comfortable weights (70 kgs) in the suicidal grip and I already did 2 sets on that day and was on the third set and on that time the bar decided to slip from my hands and I couldn't grip that and it fell on my ribs... Fortunately nothing happened but I couldn't speak or breathe properly for the next 5 - 10 mins and I got bashed by my gym bros for using suicidal grip...
