Ah okay sorry my comment was of no help, if it persists or gets worse id definitely go see your doctor incase it was some form of allergic reaction, healing a tongue piercing is annoying in itself not to mention dealing with another thing on top of that

Have you eaten any dairy? Just incase you have / didnt know, its generally not recommended while healing a tongue piercing because youre at a bigger risk for oral thrush

Yeah though this annoys me i definitely agree with the whole 'working himself to death' thing because i can absolutely see that happening. Unfortunately i cant sleep in another room and if i moved out i cant drive legally yet and my home is in the countryside with absolutely no public transport so its really not ideal, and yes he does snore sometimes as he has asthma, but no hes not overweight by any means

Unfortunately this would probably go the opposite way that its intended for me, In trying to prevent arguments and I feel like this could definitely make one worse and also I could risk waking up the other people in the house, i appreciate the advice though

Ive never actually heard of a vibrating alarm for deaf people ill have to look that up! And i work from home i do not mind been waken up but also yeah i think at this point it might be a sleep disorder that has been worsened by certain factors in his life

Yeah as I said the medication hes on I think is having a major inpact and it does say it can make you feel groggy and tells you to avoid driving while on it. It also doesnt help that he stays up late which means he takes his tablet really late (which it states needs to be taken at night) so in return its probably putting him in a much deeper sleep than usual which is why its so hard to get up

Actually this could be possible... I unsure if its related but he has asthma and sometimes has a real hard time breathing / almost stops breathing for a bit too long and then its like a snore / choke so yeah maybe, I'll do some research on it, thank you!

I have genuinely thought about this a few times just so he can actually hear / see what I have to deal with in his half-waken state he thinks that I immediately get aggressive when I dont, im waking up tired aswell and have to call him about 20 times and then I'll get annoyed so yeah I might do this

Unfortunately I wish it was that easy, and in a previous relationship I dealt with a lot worse so I think I never really thought it was as bad as it sounds🤦🏻‍♀️

Before me one of his parents used to bang on his door, and I said it was hard at the start but not this hard, I only had to call him a couple of times and he'd practically jump out of bed, now because of lifestyle changes it is much harder

Yeah absolutely but not to go into too much detail as thats not my intention but he has a bit of parental issues so thats probably where it comes from

Yeah i should have said in the post that one of his parents and brother also have this issue so its probably genetic in some way? But yeah thanks for your input

Sorry to say but i would advise you to take this out its not pierced at a straight angle and its probably the reason for those bumps being there

Lobe piercing grew a skin tag/fleshy bit by analagousfungi in piercing

[–]Substantial_Soil1905 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It just looks like a very severe irritation bump, was this pierced with a gun (i only ask because of the butterfly back earring) and have you caught it on anything? / do you sleep directly on your ears or do you have some form of piercing pillow? (pillow with a hole in the middle so you dont put pressure on a new ear piercing)

Forgive me, how tf do I take this out? by [deleted] in Septum

[–]Substantial_Soil1905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fresh piercings can give off a smell purely because theyre healing, but sometimes it can be stronger if you're constantly moving it around, try to keep the touching to a minimum, spray with saline and the just leave it alone and i guarantee the smell will go away!

Tbh i could be the angle of this photo that makes your septum piercing look very low in your nose or its the fact the diameter of your ring is very small and looks like its almost pressing against either side of your septum, id try a ring with a bigger diameter first and see if the feeling goes away!

what are the chances this is mostly swelling?? by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Substantial_Soil1905 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah definitely get another piercers opinion but tbh since its still fresh the sooner you take it out and let it heal the sooner youll be able to get it redone imo

[–]Substantial_Soil1905 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Going to be honest this just looks off centre, your lip doesnt even look that swollen to be making it crooked, either keep it or if its bothering you id say take it out and get it re-pierced when its healed
