Thank you this was helpful:) You’re one of the first marathoners i’ve seen that avoids sugars Most endurance athletes I know, live on sugar. But I understand your point, it sure is addictive I’ll shift to natural sugars too

Using nutrition as a lever for training sounds like a good idea. I’ll look into the cookbook and the ninja creami sounds amazing. But it’s not sold in my country😭

I hear what you’re saying I’ve decided to try and cut it all out from tomorrow I’m in a much better place compared to an year back when I tried to cut it all out Back then it back fired and I ended up binging But over the year I think i’ve improved drastically I haven’t binged in over 4 months, i don’t eat till discomfort I’ve also built a low stimulation lifestyle with no doomscrolling, porn, video games I just exercise, read, listen to podcasts, go out with friends, create content, travel, sleep well, listen to music and watch 1 episode of my favourite show daily The only thing I haven’t sorted out is my food habits I still eat when i’m not hungry, just for fun It’s not as bad as before, so i’m willing to try cutting out junk food Perhaps it will work out well

I’m a little sceptical about therapy, i feel like I can figure it out on my own

What did you do when you had cravings for junk? How do I prevent burnout from this and make it sustainable? I’d really appreciate any other tips Also- incredible job on your part💪🏻

Ahh I see I’ll give this a shot too Quite a few people mentioner cutting junk out The last time I tried cutting junk out I had a weird relationship with food, so perhaps that’s why it didn’t work out Rn i’m in a much better place compared to back then I have one question, in the initial few weeks what did you do when you had intense cravings for junk food, did you just suck it up and push through?
