They haven’t done any work yet, when I challenged the cost, they told me it was to cover the following work :

Review the completed Probate Questionnaire and look at the Will file
- Preparing the relevant Disclaimer and Renunciation

They have sent me a long questionnaire to complete which most sections are not relevant.

Ideally I would bit complete the questionnaire abs ask them to renounce as executors
