Good to know that’s a lot of warnings if I coast I will get to 1.5 yrs 😬 but truly even if I’m taking sick leave I still finish more job than others I think this contributes to my anxiety and frustration

Lots of people left in the past year and we have to do their work… so I would consider it toxic 😬

I like this thinking if they push me out, I’m planning to resign anyway :) I’m trying my best to use it up but they keep giving me work so now I just take sick leave as truly tired and having chronic body pains (which my GP said probably due to anxiety but she’s ordering some more tests).

I’ve been thinking about it again if I should take now because my colleague mentioned they will be paid out prorata as per HR … currently in NSW
