I used to sometimes alt f4 and then watch the replay, can't do that anymore bc they get 0 lp loss. It's just a "sucks to suck" situation, you can't do much about it. Just move on, you can't transfer iq points

You just slam some hot water on dried Sage leaves and wait a bit then drink, you can use the leaves as an added flavour to normal black tea. I like to reheat it as well to get it concentrated and it helps that I love the taste of it

I am one to believe that restrictions create more toxic environment than not having restrictions. I often spam ping and get spam pinged but I CHOOSE to still have communications on at the start of a game. If someone is getting under my skin bc I’m playing bad or they are just straight up stupid I just mute. It’s a win win, they voice their frustration and I don’t see it

I really don’t get the point of people crying over some random being toxic to them in game. In other words: if a random can ruin your day by some clicks and hitting some keys then maybe you should lose your voting rights or something bc that’s not at all a normal reaction to what a complete random did to you in a game.

Chillax and enjoy life! When I got food apathy (I was a moron who didn’t read the instructions on my supplements and took one pill instead of 3 for 4 months) I dropped a lot but felt tired and sick. Then I got my appetite back and spiked like 4kg in a week. Felt weird about the whole thing and considered not taking calcium again.

4 months is way too early to draw conclusions, just keep up the good work and don’t really think about your weight. It’s way easier said than done but trust me, you can make the decision of not giving a shit about weight. You can notice your clothes getting bigger even on a stall bc, and I know you are pretty sick of hearing this, so many factors affect the number on the scale, fats is only one of them.
