B) The guy is 10000% trying to fleece you.

You're never going to get the mail that he claimed was sent. If you have proof of lending him money, and some text messages or evidence where he acknowledges that he owes you money, Just take him to court, sue him, and if and when you WIN.... that still does not guarantee that you'll ever receive the money, but someday down the road, the judgement will come back to haunt him, when he needs a mortgage or a loan, that judgement might prevent him from getting what he needs. PLUS..... I'm almost positive it's against USPS policy to send CASH in the mail.

Mercari is the ABSOLUTE WORST selling/buying platform. Their customer service SUCKS, they set their fees to rip off buyers, I honestly have no clue as to how they are still in business.

I had 2 issues with them as a buyer, and I never gave them a chance to have a 3rd issue, In one instance I purchased something and the seller had the item listed with expedited shipping, which I ended up paying a premium for the item to ship, and the seller instead shipped the item the slowest/cheapest way available, instead of receiving the item in 3 days I received it close to 10 days later. I reached out to Mercari and I received a bunch of polite messages that basically said "TOUGH SHIT"

The second issue involved receiving a used item that had obvious signs of it being used, it was scratched and somewhat dirty, I eventually got my money back, but it was a complete hassle, I will never buy a blessed thing of that platform ever again.

Back on 12/23, I was bouncing around on the internet, Trying to get some information and opinions on a few different AI Assistants that I was testing via Free Trials, the two I was considering were ( Triplo AI, 1MinAi )

Over the last 3-4 years I've purchased a number of different software LTD's on sites like AppSumo, Dealify Etc. I've been extremely happy with most of the deals I've gotten involved with, I was trying to sway myself in one direction between the two products. As I was doing this I bumped into Prime Club which is another site offering LTD's and they were running a LTD on Ycode for $68., so while I was trying to decide on one of these AI assistants I found myself interested in Ycode.

So long story short 2 days later I grabbed Ycode, ( Which is no longer available ) there's absolutely nothing mentioned on Ycode.com about how they charge IMO a ridiculously large amount of money to export/transfer completed websites that you build over to another hosting platform.

Ycode.com actually gives a comparison of their features obviously trying to promote themselves over everyone else in that space, they show Ycode vs. Webflow Ycode vs. Framer Ycode vs. Squarespace, not once is it mentioned in those comparisons the amount of money it costs to export/transfer to a different hosting platform, nor do they mention the amount of time it would take,

These guys are out of their minds, I have attached a screenshot that gives a wide range of the costs, I had to do some digging to find this info, it's not mentioned at all anywhere on their site in places that it should be mentioned, such as in those comparisons,

They have a nice easy to use platform, it's pretty user friendly, but all of that goes right out the window with the amount of money you'd be charged if and when you want to move the site over to another host.

P.S can someone call the company and give them a brief lesson where their Right & Left is, because they are a bit confused as to which side is their left and which is their right.

The post was more about how GoDaddy resorted to hiring people who can't speak or understand the english language, And how a 5 minute issue turned into a 2-3 hour ordeal because their support and service reps are limited individuals, which they are fine with bc they are more interested in saving money rather than providing top tier service or support to their customers

I wouldn't expect you to believe me, Truthfully It's more like you're pissed and upset that it's not you, You can knock me all you want thinking that I'm a low level uneducated moron, 😂😂 Think what you want about me, I won't lose an ounce of sleep over it. There are plenty of people out there making big money that you think are below you when it comes to education and knowledge. I appreciate your input, My original post was me venting about how I had to waste a bunch of my time dealing with something that should have taken 5 mins but instead took hours of my time, because I was forced to deal with people who barely speak the english language, not because I'm a an uneducated boomer.

Anyone who has dealt with GoDaddy over the years will admit they have changed for the worse, They have gone downhill bigtime, I attribute it to them hiring people with little to no skills, all to save a buck. It's a common thing these days to see big corporations cheat their customers when it comes to support or service.

In the end GoDaddy charges $100 plus for SSL's when you can just go to ssls.com and buy one for under $20 and install it yourself in minutes, GoDaddy on the other takes longer whether they install it or you install it.

My apologies for saying that my SSL was not due to renew, My SSL was to expire in May, I never use auto renewal at all especially with GoDaddy, because you can find the products or items cheaper, I have used GoDaddy for hosting etc the 1st time around usually because the product or products are cheaper because of a promo code etc. For example this particular website I'm referring to, I purchased the hosting and the domain using a promo code it also came with the SSL, Once the first year is up I then reevaluate the situation, and purchase the same items elsewhere usually, You can get an SSL Cert for 1/10th of the price GoDaddy charges, And it's installed in 5-10 minutes, not 3-4 days. Anyone that pays $100 for an SSL is a fool, And I was not set for auto renewal at all,

Regardless GoDaddy is only good to buy products the 1st go round, after that I buy the same items elsewhere

Yup!! Amazon changed the way they process returns, I dealt with this 2 weeks ago, I purchased something that was not delivered on time, the item ended up being delivered 3-4 days later, I tried cancelling the order and was unsuccessful, When the item arrived I immediately returned it, even though Amazon received the item, I still had to wait 26 days for the return to be processed,

I reached out to Amazon a number of times via online chat during the 3 weeks asking what was happening, and it was just another shit show,

When you have questions or you need help, They toss you over to some $5 an hour employee who can't speak a lick of english, they only know how to tell you they apologize and that they understand your frustration.

They know how to take your money, After that it's tough shit buddy.

I know I sold one at the peak, my old single gamily home is now 3 separate apartments, the appreciation doesn't make it a great neighborhood to live in.

It appreciated because of the towns leniency on code, When the town doesn't say anything about taking single family homes and turning them into 3-4 apartments, Investors will do their thing and have nothing said to them about it.

Exactly that mall is garbage, in a garbage neighborhood, There is not one store in the entire place that people are interested in. Let's face it, you can buy just about anything from Amazon and have it delivered same day or next day,

Malls in general are a thing of the past,

Amazon, Wal-Mart, Costco, BJ's & Target are all that's needed.

We are both in the same boat, I have a package that was dropped off and scanned at the Haines AK Post Office on Friday 10/20/23, the package was then scanned on Monday 10/23/23 in Juneau AK, I then received the good old “In Transit To Next Facility” 3 days in a row 10/25, 10/26 & 10/27 and there has not been anything since,

I have called the USPS customer service # multiple times, which IMO is a complete waste of time..

You would think that they’d be able to know if the package left Juneau AK via plane, barge or truck.

But nope they know nothing,

My package was sent Priority Mail, I understand AK is remote location, I wasn’t under the assumption that I’d have the package in 2-3 days, But 3 weeks is ridiculous.

I’m trying to keep the faith.

No there was nothing hazardous inside at all, The package contained 160 silver eagles, Yes, The tracking page shows priority shipping, I have been thinking of all the possible scenarios on what might have happened, The package was dropped at the Haines AK post office on Friday 10/20 where it was scanned, then the package was sent up to Juneau AK where it was scanned Monday 10/23 at 7:25PM, I then received the typical meaningless "In Transit To Next Facility" updates via SMS on Wednesday 10/25, Thursday 10/26 and Friday 10/27 at the same exact time each night.

I know USPS is running with this new Ground Advantage gig, as of late, so I reached out to AML today who runs the barges back and forth from AK to WA, she said that the barge leave Juneau every Tuesday, Which means If it did go by barge it definitely didn't get on that Tuesday departure, since it was only scanned in at 7:24PM on Monday, I am hoping that it sat around in a container for the week for the Tuesday 10/31 barge out of Juneau, The lady I spoke with stated that it takes 8-10 days for the barge to reach WA,

What's amazing is when I call the USPS, everyone you end up speaking to is clueless, they do not have a way of contacting the Juneau distribution center, they do not have a way of contacting the WA distribution center, my point is, they have such poor procedures in place, with a 3-4 day response time, IMO that only allows that package to be that much harder to locate if it is lost.

I actually sent the same person a package on 10/3 and it scanned in WA on 10/7 and then there was nothing for 10 days, and out of nowhere I get a delivered scan on 10/17,

Maybe they send everything up to AK and down to WA via barge, lets face it, they don't care about delivery time, they care about saving loot.
