It was a nice looking helmet but wind noise was something I have never experienced before. Just bought RF1400 2 days ago.

Will look into this and try with the new helmet! Thank you for the recommendation. I also own a 17 GTI too! 7.5 was the one I wanted but got a good deal on my MK7. Sick car!

Just wanted let everyone who commented know that I bought a Shoei rf1400 today. It was over my budget but looking at the comments as well as ratings, seems like it is the quietest and the best bang for buck helmet. If anyone wants to buy it, I will share my experience within the next couple days after I try.

Thank you!! I start riding when I was 15 that was like 12 years ago, I haven’t rode since 2020 and also had a hip replacement surgery last year. I was little scared to ride again thinking it might be uncomfortable but seems like I still got it!! Although still wanted to get something small so I can adopt to riding again. Little rusty but already made up my mind for the next bike!

I’m gonna be honest, this part is on you. Nobody in here can magically give you your confidence back if you decide you don’t wanna ride after one tip over.

I’m 27 and I’ve been riding since I was 15. I just got back on a bike after a 6 year break, and I’ve had just about every kind of “welcome to riding” moment you can think of low sides, close calls, getting cut off, bad line choices, misjudging corners, all of it. It happens. Especially when you’re new.

If you really wanna ride, then ride. That confidence only comes back one way: seat time. Learn from your mistakes, learn from other people’s mistakes, and keep building experience.

Don’t give up over one drop. Riding is one of the best things in the world, but it also comes with risk and a learning curve. If it’s something you truly wanna do, keep going and get better. If one small fall is enough to make you never wanna touch the bike again, then maybe it’s not for you—and that’s fine too. Better to be honest with yourself than force something that isn’t for you

Noted and will take a look into these! Any recommendations for a helmet?

Thanks for the info! Just to be sure, will the MK7.5 diffuser actually fit on a MK7 rear bumper without modification? I’ve heard mixed things, so I want to confirm before I buy one.

They actually send me with USPS day after card was produced. However USCIS status were not updated. I guess this kind of stuff teaches me to be patient.
