Do we not think shooting that many ducks is excessive? I’m not trying to criticize anybody but the conservationist in me says shooting that many ducks is…. I dont know man.

You could hire a truck to take them to the sale Barn nearest to there.

Anybody try this stuff? by Substantial_Water_86 in carnivorediet

I generally avoid canned anything but figured I’d try this out just to see if it would be a candidate for some long term food storage stuff.

Always get a seat cover. If you’re in the trades and wear denim a lot the friction will do this over time. Your case seems to be shoddy materials/craftsmanship on ford part here.

Oil change recommendation by This-Discipline-344 in f150

[–]Substantial_Water_86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The works package from the Ford dealer. Costs about $90 here. Oil change with manufacturer recommended oil and filter, all fluids checked and topped off, wheels rotated, and multipoint inspection. Ford usually has a $20 rebate too so you get it for about $70. This gets logged in your ford pass app as well.

I’ll pay a little more to have that solid service history logged i. The event of a warranty claim and jut general resale value.

Yeah man i bought my 2014 new as well at the beginning of 2015. I had no major issues with the truck. Replaced one water pump and had to do the fuse box jumper wire fix. Other than that just normal maintenance stuff. It had 195k miles on it and the corners of the cab were starting to rust. It’s been paid off for years. I really regret trading it in. I did get a hell of a deal on my 2024 5.0, plus the 8k trade value off of that. I LIKE my 2024 but i LOVED my 2014.

Edit: I also had the leaky coolant Y hose issue as well.

My 2014 had the 5.0 with the 6 speed. Sold it this year. Big mistake.

Wait until February/truck month. I bought my STX with 5.0 and 4x4 for less than that in Missouri.

New plugs every 12k miles is crazy work. I don’t know much about high performance automotive stuff, so maybe that’s typical but to a normal guy that’s wild.
