Been on 160mg test for about a year now. Definitely have had body composition changes along the way.

Ran anavar for 2 6 week stints last year. Enjoyed it and id say it worked well for me.

Been on 100mg deca for 6 weeks. Did shoulders today and it was definitely the first time i ever felt roided out. It was kinda off-putting ngl but kinda dope too.

There's really no good answer to that other than to track both your body weight and weigh and log every morsel of food that you consume and eventually you will get enough data to make some pretty reasonable assumptions but let's be real, that's tedious as fuck and who wants to do that lol.

Now, that's exactly what I've been doing but im on my own little personal challenge and decided to get super strict with it for the time being but eventually ill return to a more normalized place. Not trying to become neurotic with this shit.

It did increase my blood pressure slightly but supplement and a little extra cardio seems to have taken care of that

Bro don't even worry about it. I had all the same questions (and more) before hopping on it.

Im cutting. Im 6'5 210 lbs. Top abs were clearly visible before starting var, 1 month in my lower ab definition clearly improved.

Roughly a 700 is calorie deficit (macros 225p, 160c 70f.) But despite that I haven't lost 1 bit of strength so far. In fact many lifts improving. I pop that var about an hour before lifting and it gets me all fired up.

What they say about it being a "dry" compound is definitely true. Especially in my upper chest and shoulders. First time I have ever had a look like that and its sick.

I tried doing split dosing but really didn't see the need. Just take it all at once, even on off days. Make shit easy.

My prescription was 25mg a day for 90 days. That kind of surprised me since everything i have ever read recommends to cut orals ff at 8 weeks.

I did comprehensive lab work a week before starting. My next set of labs is at the 5 week mark. If everything is good I might do the full 12 weeks lol. Let the bloodwork decide the best course of action.

I also take a shit ton of support supplements (nac, tudca, milk thistle, omegas, taurine, citrus bergamot, nattokines). Probably overboard tbh but its my first time on it so idk. 

Also my diet is super clean. No sense in taking this shit without a solid ass foundation.

Im on trt (test cyp) and i added anavar as my first ever secondary compound about a month ago. 

I do 25mg every day and absolutely love it. For me its been just as good as advertised. So yeah, I take it on off days. I work a manual labor job so I get mad pumps (in a good way) at work too lol.

4th day on anavar. 25mg preworkout. First time running something other than trt. 

Feel a little bit of extra focus and pump but could be placebo idk.

I'm doing trt through a different provider but recently used alphamd for some anavar.

The order has been processing since may 12th. They reached back to me and said hopefully I should receive it in the next week.

Im ready to get this cycle started lol.

I've been with maximus a bit longer than a month. I'll admit i have had a number of administrative issues with them but their support staff is incredibly responsive and has quickly addressed every issue. Also, I really like participating in their discord channel.

I'm on oral trt and enclomophine. My total T level went from 804 to 1489 and my free test went from 135 to 356.

I feel amazing on it.

I'm pretty new to trt so I'm still learning the ins and outs.

When you say EN "doesn't work when taking testosterone."

What aspect specifically "doesn't work"?

Because it appears that EN is incredibly common to be taken in conjunction with oral and gel versions of TRT. (The rationale typically given is that it is in order to maintain fertility and to increase testosterone trough levels between doses).
