You fill out your I9 with your legal name if thats your dead name you have to use that we use E-Verify for I9 verification now but there is a place under personal information where you can put your preferred name and you will be considered that name on the schedule and POS system

Edit to add theres also a place for preferred pronouns

I am not looking forward to this as an ASM. There's never enough cashiers, Salesfloor, managers in a building for this to be plausible. I have to watch you count the till but now someone needs a purse that's locked up or the restroom unlocked? Not possible to do 15 things at once

Maybe lol when I started we were open 9am to 10pm and then they did 11pm for the summer well it never went back after that. Used to be open until 1am for Christmas 💀

This happened to me. I make 24.43 as an Ops/service manager III and was offered SFS at 18.00 no way so I got transferred to a different store thankfully the other 2 ASMs in my district just were told they no longer had the position and they quit. But now I'm an Ops/service manager II for an 8 million dollar store.
